CanaarIA is the trading name of Michaël Descamps, an independent developer based in Costa del Silencio (Arona, Tenerife). The studio designs and codes websites, CRMs and complete digital ecosystems for businesses in the Canary Islands and beyond — no WordPress, no third-party plugins, no page builders.
Michaël Descamps spent 20 years in the Canary Islands real-estate sector. He knows first-hand the day-to-day of the island's agencies, rental companies, restaurants and expats — and the limits of the generic tools they are sold.
He then turned to AI-assisted software development: he designs the architecture, sets the security rules and validates the code, while AI speeds up the writing. That productivity gain is what makes fixed, published prices possible — lower than a WordPress site kept alive with plugins.
Every project follows five steps: audit of the website and business model, concept and strategy, validation meetings, production (visual identity and development), then GDPR compliance. The client signs off each step before the next one starts.
